Terms and conditions.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of sevenclub.io, published by HRML SRL, Grand'Place 36, 7330 Saint-Ghislain, VAT BE 1027.523.374. Signing up means accepting them.

2. The club is free

Taking part in the Sunday runs is free and open to all. It requires no membership, no prior registration and nothing in return. That will not change.

3. Using the site

You agree to give accurate information and not to use the forms for any purpose other than the one they are for. We may refuse or cancel a sign-up that is clearly fraudulent.

4. Sport, health and liability

Running carries risk. You take part in runs and sessions at your own risk and confirm that you are physically fit to do so. If in doubt, see a doctor before running.

Seven is neither a race organiser nor a medical service. We cannot be held liable for injury, illness, loss or theft occurring during a run or an event, except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part. Minors remain the responsibility of their parents.

5. Photographs

Runs and events are photographed and the images published on our channels. If you would rather not appear, tell us on the day or write to us and we will remove the images of you.

6. Changes

We may change these terms. The version that applies is the one published on this page at the time you visit the site.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of a dispute we look for an amicable solution first. Failing that, consumers may turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service: mediationconsommateur.be, or to the European online dispute resolution platform. The competent courts are those of the judicial district of Hainaut, Mons division, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
